Andorra has a fairly formal business culture. Appointments should be made in advance, and punctuality is important. Normal office hours are 8am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays, with some offices closing at 3pm in the summer. Some companies also work on Saturday mornings.

Don't assume that your business contacts in Andorra will necessarily be able to speak English, and arrange for an interpreter if necessary.

Business meeting are usually quite formal and are more likely to be held in the mornings; afternoons can be relatively relaxed, with the lunch break starting after 1:30pm and often extending well into the afternoon. Handshakes are the normal form of greeting.

Normal business attire for meetings is a formal suit, preferably with a white shirt and black shoes. Women should also dress conservatively.
